Sleeps 8 3 bathrooms 1st floor 1 twin in library toilet sink outside shower ( cold water only) 2nd floor 2 double pull down beds with comfortable Tempurpedic mattress,, 2 twin Castro convertible /Full bath 3rd 1 king 1 twin (can covert to crib) Japanese soaking tub, steam shower and infra red sauna. Full bath Amazing views every floor Fire pit Outdoor pizza oven Big Green Egg Grill Great family togetherness time Plenty of room to have space for yourself. Since we are surrounded by water it is best that all children be able to swim. $200 Fee for globe exchange so we can hire a helper to get the house perfect for your stay. Downtown 11 mikes to Fort and all the attractions and restaurants.

  • Nancy and Ron’s home on the Matanzas River inlet in St. Augustine was a special place to exchange. It was a in a great location close to Old St. Augs and many beautiful beaches. The house was huge yet homey filled with many unique and special decorations and mementos from their travels. We felt like we were in a different world and that’s what travel is all about.
