General overview
Our home is a large ranch on a wonderful street. The LOCATION cannot be beat! It is in walking distance of 22 bars and restaurants, the bay/beach (public access) is TWO blocks out our back door, and our 8 mile state park bike path runs literally through our backyard. We are in a court so there is very little through-traffic, however you will see some bikers and pedestrians headed to the beautiful docks and restaurants, just blocks out our front door. It is our dream house!

Hi! My name is Susan and my husband of 30 years is named Ross. I am an elementary school librarian and my husband is in dental sales. I plan to retire in 2026 so at this time, we only can travel during school vacations. We will usually travel just the two of us but might be lucky enough to have any of our 3 adult "children" join us if they could get the time off work. We moved last summer to a home by the bay and truly feel like we are on vacation every day. There are 22 restaurants and bars around our home (most in WALKING distance) but we also have 6 bikes to ride to any as well. There is just so much to do, all sorts of activity right out the front (and back) door! We are excited to share our home and also explore more places!
