General overview

Charm of the old with all the modern comfort! Tours city center is a 15-minute walk away City garden with terrace to relax

The space

Our 120 m² house dates from the 16th century with many period features (timbering, beams, cement tiles) and all modern comforts! It comprises on the ground floor an entrance, a laundry room, a fitted kitchen, a living/dining room of 45m² and a WC. Upstairs you will find three bedrooms (master bedroom with 160 x 200 bed, two children's bedrooms with 90 x 190 bed) as well as a bathroom with WC. On the second floor, a mezzanine has been converted into a guest bedroom. Additional beds are possible (a two-seater mattress and a folding bed upstairs, a large convertible sofa in the living room). We have a town garden with a sheltered terrace and barbecue, as well as a ping-pong table. A parking space is available 10 meters from the house.
