General overview

Situated by the beach in a fishing village at the end of a dead end road, our home I has been extensively renovated over the last few years to make a bright and comfortable home.

The space

We have a large living/dining room with sea views and an open fire, a newly fitted kitchen with 2 Miele ovens and a Siemens induction hob, master bedroom ensuite with king bed, double bedroom, twin bedroom and a small single. There are a separate family bathroom with bath and a wet room with shower. In the garden there is a dining terrace and a glazed veranda on a raised terrace with sea views for use on cooler days.

Neighbourhood

Our home is situated 200mtrs from the beach at Beesands. In the village we have a pub with good food and beach shack restaurant for dining in or take away. The village is virtually traffic free and lies on the coastal path in an Area of Oustanding Natural Beauty. Excellent and very scenic walking in both directions. We are situated between the sailing meccas of Salcombe and Dartmouth

There are flights from most European destinations to Bristol or Exeter airports. From there you would need a car.
