Neighbourhood

Located in a friendly neighborhood, you’ll find grocery stores, pharmacies, and a corner store within walking distance. Enjoy nearby parks and a public pool, great for family outings. Our street is "U shaped" and has only local traffic - it's perfect for little ones to go on bike rides or to play road hockey! Belleville is a small town, where you'll find everything you need for your family. Day trips: - Prince Edward Country: Picton, Wellington, Wineries & breweries - Beach day at Sandbanks provincial park or North Beach Provincial park - Quinte Conservation areas (Full list here; https://www.quinteconservation.ca/outdoor-spaces/areas/) We live near major provincial parks (full list here: https://www.ontarioparks.ca/park-locator) and recommend either day trips to explore or longer camping trips. We will give you access to all our camping gear (including canoe!).

Getting Around

From our house, you can access necessities (grocery, pharmacy, parks) by walking. We recommend a car to get around. We are happy to trade our Subaru Impreza (sits 5) during our stay. We live 3km from Via Rail train station, therefore you might want to use train to visit Ottawa, Toronto, Montreal and beyond.
