General overview
Our house is close to Paris ( 35 minutes by train ) 7 minutes walk to the train station, so you can get the big city and the calm of the suburbs. We have place to sleep for 6 people. The surroundings are very interesting too, there is many castles to visit ( Vaux-le-Vicomte, Fontainebleau, Versailles etc.) and nice villages to visit in the neighbourhood. The big forest of Fontainebleau is 20 minutes away where you have world famous climbing spots and many interesting hikes. If you want to go to Champagne, it’s 1 1/2 hour drive. Also the castles of the Loire is reachable over a day trip.
The space
Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer. Internet , tv PlayStation. Upstairs there is three bedrooms, two with double beds. Nice garden with BBQ and a terrace.

Neighbourhood
Our neighbourhood is very quiet and we are only 7 minutes walk from the train station. We have forests very close, plenty of castles to visit. We have a huge shopping mall just close, and a very good outlet 15 minutes by car. The Champagne region is 1 1/2 hours away. I can highly recommend to go there. We have been making a bike tour and it was fantastic.

A car can be available but we have good developed public transports too.
