General Overview
Our home is set within 7 acres in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) in Canterbury, UK. It is a 15 minute drive to the Eurotunnel and 55 minutes from London on the fast train. And only a 15 minute cross country walk to a lovely local pub.
Canterbury is in the South East of Kent giving you access to wonderful seaside towns in addition to the Cathedral city of Canterbury itself.
The Space
Shelvin house is c.4,000sqft across two floors. Downstairs comprises of:
- Kitchen, dining family room with log burner - the table extends to seat 14.
- Games room (pool table & darts) and a log burner
- Conservatory with bifold doors onto the raised deck overlooking the pond

- Hogwarts common room - a sitting room inspired by Harry Potter!
