General overview
We live in the 13th arrondissement of Paris, close to Porte d'Italie and the Asian district.
The space
It is a one-bedroom apartment in which we have created a small bedroom (9 square meters!) which can accommodate a child. This is also currently the room of our daughter, aged three. In the living room there is a two-seater BZ where we sleep well (it was our bed for a while), and in the adult bedroom a double bed. The apartment offers a very nice view of Paris from the terrace, since we are on the 21st floor. Splendid sunsets; it can be hot in summer due to exposure.

Neighbourhood
At the foot of the tower is a pretty garden where you can picnic and play table tennis. There are beautiful play structures for children. The closest grocery stores are a 5-minute walk away (small Carrefour and Picard). Crossing the avenue d'Italie, you enter the Asian district which offers a plethora of delicious little restaurants, Asian supermarkets, Chinese or Vietnamese bookstores. Velib station, not always full, at the foot of the tower. The metro is a 6-7 minute walk away. Always for the children: La Cachette theater 8 minutes away on foot. By taking the tram, you quickly reach Parc Montsouris and the Cité universitaire, for lovers of beautiful trees and/or running. We are 5 metro stops from the Latin Quarter.
