General overview
With breathtaking lake and mountain views, our lake front home is a located in the Southern California desert area of Rancho Mirage. A large patio lakeside will soothe as you admire the beautiful mountain views. Our 2 bedroom on suite with master suite featuring a private patio, 16 feet ceiling in the living and dining rooms a chefs kitchen with a view of the lake. Enjoy all our resort style community has to offer. A beautiful lake, 9 tennis courts, 11 pools and spas, pickle ball, gym even a 3 hole putt course.
Within minutes you can be in downtown Palm Springs the "Modernism capital of the world", enjoying the many restaurants, nightclubs and art galleries.
The space
Our home is located in a 24 hour gated community.
There is a King sized bed in the master suite and a Queen bed in the 2nd bedroom. Both rooms are en suite.
There are 2 bicycles, pickle-ball and tennis rackets, pool toys and loads of board games. As well as a gym in the club house, there are locker rooms with a sauna, indoor basketball court, racket ball court a billiards table and library.
The club house also features a saltwater heated pool.
Our home is available for minimum 30 days simultaneous & reciprocal stays and 2-14 days hospitality and non reciprocal stays

We are 17 minutes from the Palm Springs International Airport. A $20.00 or less Uber ride.
