When you're ready to explore the city, the N line train takes you straight to Montparnasse Station in just 15 minutes.

Charming 1950s Apartment Overlooking a Private Park Our bright and spacious apartment offers a peaceful setting with a 15m² wraparound balcony facing the lush private park of the residence — a lovely place for morning coffee or evening relaxation with a table and a hammock. The residence was designed in the 1950s by architect Jean Ginsberg and is full of character and mid-century charm. Residents are welcome to walk and relax in the beautifully maintained gardens. 🛏️ The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 1 separate toilet. 🍽️ The open-plan kitchen connects to a cozy dining area with a bright kitchen nook, perfect for enjoying meals with family or friends. 🛋️ The living room opens directly onto the balcony and is filled with natural light. 🌐 WiFi is included, and for added comfort, we have underfloor heating in winter.
