General overview
We have a 2-story 4-bedroom plus nursery 2.5-bathroom home in North York area of Toronto. Main floor has living room, dining room, kitchen and a family room in the back of the house with a walk-out to a deck and backyard. Our backyard backs out onto a larger field and park, and there’s a gate in the backyard that allows for direct access into the field/park - great for soccer, baseball, etc. 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms plus a small nursery with crib. Master bedroom has ensuite full bathroom with tub, and there’s a second full bathroom with tub upstairs for the kids. Basement has another bedroom, powder bathroom, and laundry facilities. There is also an extra pullout bed on the main floor for extra sleeping if needed. There is a separate rented bedroom, bathroom and kitchen in basement that is not part of exchange.
