General overview
Nice, modern, spacious 3 bed. Condo with a large balcony in a quiet neighborhood. There is a washing machine and dryer in my own basement
We have great public transportations. Bus stop is right around the corner. Train Station in a 10min. walking distance. Zurich City you reach within 20 min. by train or car. Airport Zurich you reach by car in 20min. By train 50 min.
The space
You have your own bathroom and bedroom. living room, balcony and kitchen you'll share with my Son, my little 4lb, non shedding dog and me, while hospitality stay. My Son is 24 j. and rarely at home.
Guest access
The Condo is on the second floor. There is an elevator. Access possible as well with wheelchair.
Notes
- We will be closing off one bedroom.
- My profile is set up for "no pets allowed". If you want bring your pet, please send a request with informations about your pet. If it fits, you are welcome to bring your pet.
- My dog is very kind and cute. I would love to travel with her within Europe and for stays longer than 14 days in the USA. (When she is not traveling with me, I have a dog sitter.)
- I can consider to swap cars as well.

Neighbourhood
You‘ll find everything you need in walking distance: grocery stores, banking, cvs, clothes, bars, restaurants, sports. There is a nice lake in 5min driving distance, where you can swimm or just enjoy the wonderful environment. Uster has 2 outside pools and one indoor pools. there are nice places for walking, biking, rollerblading and many more possibilities to enjoy and be active.
Getting to my home
It's very easy to reach my home by car and train. Bus stop is right around the corner.
Nearest airport
Nearest Airport is Zurich (ZRH). There is 20min drive from there to my home. By train you need 50min.
