General Overview

Beautiful, modern, spacious 3 bed apartment. Condominium with large balcony in a quiet location. There is a washer and dryer in my own basement We have great public transport. Bus stop is just around the corner. Train station in 10min. walking distance. The city of Zurich can be reached in 20 minutes. by train or car. Zurich Airport can be reached by car in 20 minutes. By train 50 min.

Guest Access

The apartment is located on the second floor. There is an elevator. Access is also possible with a wheelchair.

- We will lock off one bedroom. - My profile is set to "no pets allowed". If you would like to bring your pet, please send a request with information about your pet. If it fits, you are welcome to bring your pet. - My dog is very nice and sweet. I would love to travel with her within Europe and for stays longer than 14 days in the USA. (When she's not traveling with me, I have a dog sitter.) - I can also think about swapping the car.

You will find everything you need within walking distance: grocery stores, banks, resumes, clothing, bars, restaurants, sports. In 5 minutes drive away there is a beautiful lake where you can swim or just enjoy the wonderful surroundings. Uster has 2 outdoor pools and an indoor pool. There are beautiful places for hiking, cycling, rollerblading and many more opportunities to have fun and be active.

My home is very easy to reach by car and train. Bus stop is just around the corner.

The nearest airport is Zurich (ZRH). From there it is a 20-minute drive to my home. By train you need 50 minutes.
