General Overview
Our home is bright and comfortable — the kind of place that feels easy to relax in. Within 5 minutes you can be at the beach, the river, cafés, restaurants, markets, shops, parks, the casino, or the light rail. It’s a coastal retreat with everything at your fingertips.
The Space
Our home consists of two bedrooms each with an attached bathroom and balcony. The central open-plan kitchen/dining/living area opens onto a north-facing balcony, offering plenty of natural sunlight. The main bedroom has an adjustable, king-size bed. The second bedroom has two sofa beds which can be used separately or pushed together to create a queen size bed.
Guest Access
The apartment is a single-level unit on the second floor of a well-maintained resort complex. Entry is secure, with key-operated lift and door access, and the reception desk is staffed daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Guests and residents have access to excellent facilities, including indoor and outdoor pools, a gym, spa, and sauna.

Neighbourhood
The neighbourhood is a food lover’s haven, with numerous cafés and restaurants just around the corner, along with a large, well-stocked supermarket. A beautiful park and patrolled beach are just 5 minutes walk from the apartment.
Nearest airport
Our home is a 30 minute drive from Gold Coast Airport and just over an hour from Brisbane Airport.
Getting Around
Everything you need is just a short walk away. The G:link light rail is only a 2-minute stroll from the apartment, currently taking you one stop south to Pacific Fair, a major shopping centre, and with the extension to Burleigh Heads due to open in mid-2026. You can also travel north on the G:link all the way to Helensvale. The beach, river, shops, and parks are all just minutes from our door, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer.
