General overview
Cosy 3 bed cottage with lovely garden and patio. Situated in a lovely hamlet surrounded by fields and dozens of walking routes from the front door. Next to the Peak District and Carsington Water with dozens of National Trust properties and gardens on our doorstep. With Derby, Nottingham, Birmingham and Manchester all within a short drive. We have an adorable obedient black labrador 'Ollie'.
The space
We have a large living room with a large log fire. Dining kitchen with all amenities. 1 double bedroom and 2 single bedrooms on the first floor. The bathroom has a walk in shower with a large roll top bath. All linen and towels included. The outside consists of a long garden and patio area with table and chairs for outside dining with parking space for 3 vehicles.

This is a 2 storey cottage with stairs leading to the first floor.
Notes
The small hamlet consists of a dozen houses, all of our neighbours are lovely. We are 3 miles away from the town of Ashbourne which has numerous shops, restaurants, cafés etc

You will find a dozen houses with lovely neighbours surrounded by open countryside. There are no street lights so no light pollution for gazing at the stars.

Our nearest airport is East Midlands approximately 35 minutes away and you also have Birmingham and Manchester Airports which are both approximately 1 hour 10 minutes away. By road we are near the M1 and A38 major roads. Derby train station is about 25 minutes away.
