General overview
Comfortable unit on the tenth floor of a modern and secure building. Walking and biking trails are right out the door, shopping and restaurants are nearby, and transit is very accessible in order to discover different areas of the city! The neighbourhood is quieter, more family-oriented :)
I have general availability, but for 1-2 weeks or less at a time, since I would have to be around for work.

- Located in the Leaside neighbourhood which is mid town Toronto

The bedroom has sliding glass doors (there are blinds to pull down if you wish). The bed is full not queen

. Large, comfortable couch that doesn’t pull out, but makes a nice bed with the back cushions removed if needed. A single air mattress is also available.
-Large balcony overlooking the park
- Underground garage parking is available if it is a simultaneous exchange or under a 10 day stay. Otherwise, there is overnight street parking in front of the building.

Leaside is an upscale neighbourhood in mid town Toronto. Where I live there are a few high rises and townhomes in the immediate area, surrounded by a larger neighbourhood of detached family homes.
Paths, trails and parks with open green space.
You can rent bikes using Toronto's bike share system.
Within a 10 minute walk: grocery store, hardware store, liquor store, local bakery, Starbucks, Tim Horton's, a few restaurants, a handful of stores (clothing, furniture, electronics, sportswear), and transit stops.

If you fly into Toronto (YYZ), rent a car, take Uber/Lyft or hire a taxi.

We enjoyed our weekend in Toronto at Stacey’s condo. We loved the view and were surprised by the charming neighbourhood. We ended up going out for supper at 2 nearby restaurants. There were many amenities nearby. The location was great for a trip downtown, as well as, a trip to Casa Loma. Communication was great with Stacey and she provided highly detailed notes which were handy. This was a local exchange and we look forward to hosting Stacey in September at our cottage by Lake Huron (Goderich, Ontario). Thank you Stacey! Karen Taylor -
Staying at Stacey's condo was a great experience. First, the contact with Stacey was easy since the first contact. She did everything to keep it simple even if the request was within a short delay. In few contacts, I could feel confident with her :). She left us few tips of the city so we enjoyed visiting less touristic areas in Toronto. The Condo is just amazing and with my friend we felt at home since the beginning. We liked the good atmosphere, the brightness the calm, and the commodities . The location is perfect : 15 min to Downtown Toronto by car, near by Don Valley Parkway and with one of the biggest Park accessible just downstairs. There is a Bike sharing station few minutes walking. Thanks Stacey and see you soon in Montreal. Thierry
