Beautiful leafy residential neighbourhood. Jogging on the river Isar, public swimming pool, Prinzregenten theatre. Very close to English Garden, Chinese Tower beer garden and walkable (or public transport) to Marienplatz.

Getting Around

200 m by foot to a supermarket, pharmacy, baker and butcher. 800 m to more shops including an organic supermarket. Great public transport right in front of the apartment 50 m. City bike service in Munich. E-scooters available for rent mostly everywhere in Munich. Car sharing services available.
