General Overview

Fully renovated interior (2016/2017), in a gated community with Pool and Spa, a Marina for your watercraft, and courtesy dock for day use or fishing. Enjoy the view of the river from nearly every room. From the living room, you can watch the boaters, and floaters, ducks, and birds, or go out on one of the 2 balconies and enjoy the sounds and weather. 3 TV's, one in the living area, and one in each bedroom. Wood burning fireplace gives that rustic vacation smell and coziness.

The Space

There are 2 bedrooms, the Master with an adjustable King Bed, and the guest with a Queen bed. There are also 2 single sized hide-a-beds in the unit, that can be used in the bedrooms or in the living area. There is a large shower in the Master Bath, and a Tub/Shower combo in the 2nd full bathroom. The dining table has 4 chairs, and 4 bar stools are the same height at the counter, and can be used at the table for a larger seating area The unit is fully furnished with dishes, linens, and all of the amenities you might need.

This has stairs on all levels. The garage is below the living area, and the bedrooms and full baths are above the living area.

Neighbourhood

Bullhead City, AZ is on the Colorado River. Across the river is Laughlin NV, and down river, Needles CA. It is a boaters and outdoor paradise. A small town with most of the big town stores, some chain restaurants, but many mom and pop types. Groceries, gas, and the like are readily available. This complex is perfect for you with or without a boat.

Getting to my home

Fly direct into Laughlin Bullhead International Airport (IFP), or fly into Las Vegas (LAS) and drive 1 1/2 hours. Phoenix is 3.5 hours away, Los Angeles is 4 hours 15 minutes.

Laughlin Bullhead International Airport (IFP) 10 minutes. Las Vegas (LAS) 1 hour 30 minutes.

Getting Around

Bullhead City is pretty dependent on having your own transportation. There are Taxi's, Uber and Lyft, as well as water taxi's to visit the casinos.
