Come to Eastern America's highest town, the highest resort east of the Rockies, & the South's #1 snow ski & golf resort, at 5,506' elevation. This is truly a resort within a resort on top of the world in the Land of the Sky!
Great view of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Never above 80 degrees in summer, so no air conditioning ever needed due to the high elevation. Abundant snow in winter.
I actually have two separate villas for rent at this location, both of which are 2-bedroom, 2-bath villas. Both of them have king beds in the master bedroom & a queen sofabed in the living room. One has a queen bed in the second bedroom & the other has two twin beds in the second bedroom. One has no steps to climb to get to it. The other does, but you are rewarded with the view. You can choose either for your exchange. Both have fireplaces & full kitchens & private balconies.
Thus, depending on the dates you select, I might have either or both of these available, meaning that I could accommodate a party of up to 12 people at any one time if both were available. In order to book both, please send me a message first inquiring about availability & I will reply as to which one is open or if both are open, so that you can have your choice of bed arrangements in the second bedroom.
Both are excellent choices & have great views & both have TV's in both bedrooms, as well as in the living areas. I have included some photos of both of them in this listing.
Walk to everything in this unique mountaintop town. Use of indoor heated pool, hot tubs, sauna, steamroom, weightroom, exercise room, clubhouse, locker rooms, pool table, table tennis, shuffleboard, tennis courts, miniature golf, playground, picnic shelter, barbecue grills, etc., while you're there.
You will drive into a gated complex that is guarded 24 hours. My non-smoking villas have been recently upgraded. You'll enjoy astounding views from the windows, patio doors, and private deck. We overlook the ski slopes, Grandfather Mountain, & you can see several states.
Most indoor & outdoor amenities anywhere in the mountains. Once inside the private gate, you can leave your worries behind and enjoy all the amenities, including the heated indoor pools, hot tubs, sauna, steamroom, exercise room, tennis courts, shuffleboard, miniature golf, playground, country club privileges, BBQ grill areas, picnic tables, and picturesque, panoramic, breathtaking mountain views.
You can grab coffee or a sandwich at the nearby cafes & grills. In the mountains you can hike, bike, go snow skiing, tubing, fishing, and more. Outside of the complex, you can enjoy wildlife preserves, biking & hiking trails, zip lines, historic sites, amusement parks, shopping, and much more.
The sunrises & sunsets will change your life. Just down the road you'll find everything from live entertainment to casual or fine dining looking out at the majestic views, indoor & outdoor. You can also make your own home-cooked meal in your full kitchen after picking up what you need from nearby markets.
Great for longterm stays, too. Please also note that I have other villas for rent or exchange that are smaller than these but also have great views & amenities in the Great Smoky Mountains of East Tennessee & on the Gulf Coast of Alabama on the beach as well, so feel free to inquire about those, too. By the way, these villas in North Carolina & the others, too, are also available for rent anytime on Airbnb. Thanks!
