General Overview

Our home is right on the doorstep of one of the most amazing beaches in the world. In less than 2 minutes you can be swimming at a beautiful beach. Rainbow Bay is a community right at the southern end of the Gold Coast. Our home is in a small complex called Mali, named after some rocks at nearby world famous Snapper Rocks. We have a bright, modern, surf and beach inspired home which makes the most of natural light and space, you can enjoy a private spa/hot tub, or use the outdoor communal lap pool. Our home as great, outdoor spaces with plenty of lounges to chill out, or dine outside. Inside is open plan downstairs and there are three bedrooms upstairs including a master with king sized bed and ensuite bathroom. You will also find two further bedrooms which share a family sized bathroom.

Guest Access

Lift from underground garage space. There are stairs at the front entry to the apartment building (from the street). Stairs internally to the bedrooms.

Notes

Maili is a quiet residential building of just 10 homes. Most of us live there full time and love the village atmosphere of Rainbow Bay

Neighbourhood

Just at the end of our street you will find great coffee shops and also a bottle shop. At the top the hill overlooking D'bah (Duranbah) you will find 5 star dining at Pipis, or hop across the street to enjoy stunning views at Black Dingo cafe. You are a 10 minute walk to Coolangatta where you will find many shops, boutiques, cafes and supermarkets. If you love the beach, Rainbow Bay is a safe, north facing patrolled beach. If you love surfing, Rainbow Bay, Snapper Rocks, D'bah and Kirra, all part of the World Surfing Reserve are a few moments walk with your board.

Getting to my home

Gold Coast Airport (OOL) is 13 minutes away in an Uber. Brisbane Airport is approx 90 minutes depending on time of day or traffic. We are an easy drive from the M1 motorway, the main highway up and down the east coast of Australia.
