General Overview

What I love most about my home is the way it blends cozy comfort with effortless style. Every space feels warm and inviting, with thoughtful details that make it easy to relax and unwind. The location is equally wonderful — just minutes from shopping, cafés, and everyday conveniences, so everything you need is always close at hand. And when you’re ready for a change of scenery, the city, mountains, and ocean are all within an hour’s drive, making spontaneous day trips incredibly easy.

Ground Floor: One car garage with storage space. Second Floor: Open concept living, dining room, and kitchen. Walk-out patio with access to walking path. Third Floor: Main bedroom, including an en-suite bathroom. Second bedroom with a guest bathroom, and a laundry closet with a washer and dryer.

We have a gentle, hairless cat that loves being around people. Don't let the lack of hair fool you; he is full of affection and personality. Always curious and ready to cuddle, he is happy to be included in the mix.
