General Overview

Our home is situated on the bay with beautiful sunset views, and 3 houses from the beach. At the beginning of the promenade. Family friendly . With bikes available for rides on the promenade.In addition to enjoying our sandy beaches and abundance of water sport options, be sure to stroll along Sea Isle City’s oceanfront Promenade, which runs from 29th to 57th Street. The Promenade is home to shops, eateries, arcades and many places to sit and people-watch – or simply take-in the fresh salt air. We are 2 hours from New York City

The Space

We have 5 bedrooms on three floors. Middle floor is the Main floor with kitchen, dining and living room all open to each other. There are 3 baths . One on each floor. And an outside shower in the rear of the house.

Guest Access

There are three floors, and a garage. All accessed through the side entrance.

Notes

We are located between Atlantic City and Cape May. For night life and Historic interests.

Many ways to access our home Via Philadelphia airport, or Atlantic City airport. Also a train from Philadelphia to Atlantic city.

Atlantic City airport is 35 minutes away.

Getting Around

we are located within minutes from shopping downtown, and there are jitneys for $2.00 that take you completely from one end of the island to the other

Very vibrant family with lots of travel experience. I have owned a beach home which I have rented for 40 years. Although I am new to home exchange not new to sharing my home. My primary home is close to center city Philadelphia (15 minutes) with train 2 blocks away. Would be excited to host hospitality guests at that location. Learning this site as I go. So I will add more photos soon.
