General Overview

I live in a quiet neighborhood, 2 blocks from the train that takes you downtown center city Philadelphia in 12 minutes. One hour from Atlantic City and 1 1/2 hours from historic Cape May NJ.

The Space

This is my primary home and it is 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. There's a screened in back room off the dining room, ( main floor). With a large deck off of it and a large back yard. Our street is a dead end. So not a lot of traffic. VisitHaddonfield's Children’s Sculpture Zoo And the many outdoor art initiative that populate downtown locations in Haddonfield with rotational, contemporary outdoor sculpture.

Very vibrant family with lots of travel experience. I have owned a beach home which I have rented for 40 years. Although I am new to home exchange not new to sharing my home. My primary home is close to center city Philadelphia (15 minutes) with train 2 blocks away. Would be excited to host hospitality guests at that location. Learning this site as I go. So I will add more photos soon.
