A luxury 5-bedroom / 5-bathroom villa in the heart of the prestigious Laguna area of Phuket. The villa has a large lounge / diner and private roof-top pool along with easy access to a large shared pool area. Laguna, on the west coast of Phuket is the main expat hub and hence caters for all 'western' requirements. The stunning Bangtao Beach is a 5-10 min walk away with access to numerous beach front restaurants and beach clubs. The central Boat Avenue shopping and social hub is also a 10-min walk from the villa, with a huge selection of restaurants, bars and shopping facilities. The Laguna area is also host to a high-quality 18-hole golf course.

The space

The villa has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms with a very large lounge dining area. Three of the bedrooms has large double beds, one has two single beds and the 5th bedroom has two large doubles. A separate TV / communal area is situated on the 1st Floor. The villa has seating areas to the front and side of the property.

Guest access

The property has three floors with the upper level containing the large 5th bedroom and rooftop pool access. A main stairway connects all floors.

Neighbourhood

With the Villa situated at the centre of Laguna, all possible requirements are met in the local neighbourhood. Bangtao Beach is a stunning 4km wide bay offering year round beach and sea adventures. The Bay contains numerous beach restaurants and bars as well as upmarket beach clubs such as Xana, Catch and Carpe Diem. The Social / Shopping hub of Boat Avenue includes dozens of restaurants and bars catering for all tastes. The area includes a large supermarket, shopping outlets, pharmacies, hairdressers and spas. Boat Avenue also hosts a very popular weekly Friday market.

Getting to my home

The Laguna area is a simple 25-min drive from the airport. The road access around Laguna and surrounding areas is excellent and allows easy access to all parts of Phuket. In the immediate area, walking facilities are also excellent. The beach is a very pleasant 10-min walk away and the main neighbourhood area (Boat Avenue) is also within 10-mins walking.

Nearest airport

Phuket International Airport. Simple 25-min drive. A luxury van can be organised for pick-up at a cost of USD20.

Getting around

Shops and Beach are within walking distance. There is a Laguna bus service which can be picked up very close to the villa. Plentiful and good value taxis are also available (incl local 'Uber' taxis).
