General Overview

A brand-new luxury 4-bedroom / 4-bathroom villa in a wonderfully scenic location, within 8-mins of all the lifestyle requirements of Hua Hin. The villa has a large lounge / diner and large outdoor pool with a significant outdoor entertainment space. The royal town of Hua Hin is located 3-hrs south of Bangkok. It is a significant expat hub and hence caters for all 'western' requirements but also maintains its local Thai flavour (without the excesses caused by over-tourism). Stunning local unspoilt beaches are a 5-10 min drive away with access to numerous beach front restaurants and beach clubs. There are two main shopping malls within a 10-min drive catering for all requirements. Hua Hin is also well known for its 8 golf courses catering for all abilities.

The Space

The villa has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with a very large lounge dining area. Three of the bedrooms has large double beds, and one has a smaller Queen bed. The villa has a large outdoor pool with a significant outdoor entertainment area.

Guest Access

The property is a single floor layout given easy access to all areas of the Villa. Access to the outdoor area is also easy.

Notes

The villa is in a private gated community and so has excellent security.

Neighbourhood

With the Villa situated only 8-mins away from the centre of Hua Hin all possible requirements are met in the local neighbourhood. There are numerous unspoilt beaches offering year-round beach and sea adventures. The beaches contain numerous beach restaurants and bars as well as upmarket beach clubs. The main Social / Shopping hub of central Hua Hin includes dozens of restaurants and bars catering for all tastes. The area includes 2 large shopping malls, many large supermarket, shopping outlets, pharmacies, hairdressers and spas. There are also 2 large well-known night markets within easy access. Within a 5-min drive from the villa there are also 6-7 excellent local restaurants.

Getting to my home

Hua Hin is located 3-hrs south of Bangkok. There are numerous efficient options of getting from the airport to Hua Hin including private cars, buses and trains. The infrastructure around Hua Hin is excellent offering the opportunity to easily explore the wider area , which includes beautiful drives into the mountains. Taxi access into the centre of Hua Hin is widely available and a very reasonable cost (USD3) per trip.

Nearest airport

Suvarnabhumi International Airport is a large , modern airport situated to the east of Bangkok. It is a 3-hr drive by taxi / private limousine. A luxury van can be organised for pick-up at a cost of USD50-USD60.

Getting Around

Plentiful and good value taxis are available (incl local 'Uber' taxis).
