General Overview

We built our home almost 20 years ago and love it more today than we did when it was brand new! We've upgraded the kitchen, bathrooms and have all new appliances, new carpet and upgraded hardwood floors among the main level and a fully finished basement with bar, shuffle board and billiard table. Our yard is described as a magical oasis with 100 percent privacy. We live on a quiet neighborhood street and enjoy our evenings listening to the birds and bugs while soaking in our very large 10 person hot tub.

The Space

This is our full time home. We are environmentally conscious so no chemicals are sprayed on our lawns or flower beds. Our kitchen is stocked with high end cutlery and non-stick cookware free of harsh chemicals. Our garage is stocked with long range electric scooters (3) and electric mountain bikes (2) There are 2 full Baths upstairs with 4 bedrooms and a powder room on the main level with Kitchen, Dining room, mudroom, living room and piano room. The basement is set up to entertain! It has a full bathroom, bar, shuffle board, billiard table, and a hair salon and esthetician room where me and my daughter sometimes we'll come home. All of our TV's are smart and stocked with all the streaming chanels have to offer.

Guest Access

We are 3 floors with a walk out basement and completely flat back yard. There is a 3 car garage, and very long and wide driveway. There are 3 steps into the front door and interior garage door.

Neighbourhood

Our neighbor hood has a fantastic pool and clubhouse area. Our pool boasts a lazy river, baby/toddler pool and Olympic size pool with fun water play features all around. There are 2 state of the art tennis/pickle ball courts and multi use courts like basketball etc.

Getting to my home

We live just over the Charlotte line. A vehicle would be ideal to get you around the city.

Nearest airport

CLT is our airport and just 30 minutes from our home.

Getting Around

We are less than 5 minutes to Blakeney Shopping center and Stonecrest shopping center and 20 minutes to Uptown.

Hi my name is Jen Delavega. My hubby and I are so close to being empty nesters! We have 2 daughters that are 21 and 17 years old. It's not often we get to travel all together as a family, but we try to as much as possible. We own and manage rental properties outside of our full time jobs, so we know first hand how important it is to respect and care for other people's properties. We will be the best house guests you ever have :) Although we have 2 fifteen pound toy Australian shepherds (both certified service animals) and love to travel with them, we don't have to and sometimes prefer to leave them behind with extended family.
