Welcome to our cozy apartment in Niederndorf, Tyrol, Austria! Our home offers you a relaxing atmosphere in the middle of the beautiful alpine landscape. Perfect for nature and culture enthusiasts, the surroundings and our garden invite you to linger and explore. In addition, we have two cats, Apollo and Smid, who are very independent. They only need to be fed twice a day and brought indoors in the evening when it gets dark.

The Space

Our apartment is 90 m² and consists of three bedrooms, a modern bathroom and an open plan living, kitchen and dining area. The garden offers space to relax, barbecue or play. You'll find a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds with fresh linens, Wi-Fi, and laundry facilities. Our two cats, Apollo and Smid, are easy going and look forward to your company – they just need some food and a safe place in the house in the evening.

Guest Access

The apartment is located on the ground floor and is easily accessible. There are no particular barriers to access, and you have full access to all areas of the house as well as the garden. Our cats are used to being outside during the day, but are safely brought indoors in the evening.

Notes

We want you to feel at home. Please note that our home is located in a quiet neighborhood and we value mutual consideration with the neighbors. Our two cats are very independent and only need food twice a day. When it gets dark in the evening, we ask you to bring them indoors so that they can spend the night safely inside.
