General Overview
Beautiful home with ever changing picturesque views of Lyttelton Harbour.
Our home in Lyttelton is a short walk down the hill to the village where you will find cafes with great coffee and bars, (you need to be fit to walk back up the hill!), Sumner Beach is less than 10mins by car and the Lyttelton Bays have some lovely beaches and walks. Christchurch City is approximately 15mins by car and you can take a ferry to Diamond Harbour. There is a good bus service if required, however, we do recommend a car. Our home is pet free and non-smoking. There are stairs inside the house and the section is not suitable for children.
The Space
The Kitchen, living room, laundry and toilet are on the top floor with two bedrooms, two bathrooms a small kitchenette and lounge room downstairs.
Guest Access
There is an external flight of stairs to the entrance door, unfortunately our home is not suitable for wheelchair access. (See Photos).
Notes
We have had approximately 35 fabulous exchanges on Home Exchange platforms. We are very respectful of our hosts homes and treat them as we would our own.
