The space
1200 square foot apartment located in an 8 unit historical building from 1848. 3 of the other units are rented to full time residents and 4 are used year round as Airbnb rentals.
Being two blocks from the water you can get some water views as well as views of Cedar point out the kitchen and 3rd bedroom windows.
1st bedroom is a large size with a queen bed and a television.
2nd bedroom has a full over full bunk bed (working on getting an updated picture of this room)
3rd bedroom has a twin bed.
We also have two nuggets (a children’s play couch) which could add an additional place for a child to sleep. We use it for that purpose when my own children have friends stay over.
Possible use of a pack-and-play for infant if needed.
Guest access
*Important note - this is a 3rd floor walk up. There is no elevator to the unit.
*One reserved parking spot. Other guest spots and street parking available.
*There are two doors to the unit. I typically use the one off the parking lot which enters into the kitchen.

Neighbourhood
Lovely downtown location with a mix of primary residences, second homes, and vacation rentals. My block is primarily residential aside from the bourbon distillery, Everwild, located next door. They close at 10pm every night so there is never any late night noise from them.
Nearest airport
Nearest airport is in Cleveland, Ohio. I also fly in and out of Detroit, Michigan as well.
Getting around
Lots of places in walking distance. Also, one block away from the local public bus hub. Taxis available although service may be limited late night.

We had a great time at Abbey's place. You can walk to many restaurants. coffee shops and stores. Her place was clean and she offered many suggestions. Her place is not far from Cedar Point Park. It's a great place to stay when visiting Sandusky.

Tarah and her family were wonderful guests in my home. She was very easy to communicate with before and during her stay and her family took great care of my cat while I was gone. I appreciate how clean she left my place. We would definitely welcome her again!
