Open plan dining kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 4th bedroom/1st floor lounge with king size day bed. Decked outdoor space.

Bed 4/lounge- Ikea daybed- 200cmx160cm.
High chair, travel cot and stair gates available.
Dog friendly but we ask that dogs are restricted to the ground floor (there is a stair gate to assist with this).
Guest access
3 storey, stairs (with stair gate), on secluded footpath from harbour, no direct road access. Unfortunately it is not suitable for wheelchair users or those with mobility problems. There is a shortcut from the harbour through the Rupertswood terrace communally owned nature reserve. There is no thoroughfare infront of the house, so it is very quiet (except for the sounds of the sea).

Off the beaten track yet literally a stone's throw from Ilfracombe harbourside. No need to drive anywhere but within easy reach of Woolacombe, Croyde and Westward Ho! Surfing beaches, Dartmoor National Park and the South West Coast Path.
Getting around
You will need a car to get to North Devon as it rural. We have previously swapped cars.
