General overview

4 bedroom harbourside house in Ilfracombe, Devon with breathtakimg harbour and sea views.

The space

Open plan dining kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 4th bedroom/1st floor lounge with king size day bed. Decked outdoor space. Bed 1 -king Bed 2- double Bed 3- triple bunk (single above, small double below) Bed 4/lounge- Ikea daybed- 200cmx160cm. High chair, travel cot and stair gates available. Dog friendly but we ask that dogs are restricted to the ground floor (there is a stair gate to assist with this).

Guest access

3 storey, stairs (with stair gate), on secluded footpath from harbour, no direct road access. Unfortunately it is not suitable for wheelchair users or those with mobility problems. There is a shortcut from the harbour through the Rupertswood terrace communally owned nature reserve. There is no thoroughfare infront of the house, so it is very quiet (except for the sounds of the sea).

Notes

Street parking on road above or car park below (tourist parking permit available).
