General Overview

We live in the heart of the Bluegreen golf course of Gujan Mestras with my 2 sons in a quiet house, overlooking nature, sunny and very pleasant to live in. We are 10 minutes from the Arcachon basin and the oyster port of La Hume, 15 minutes from the ocean beaches. We have a black cat, Moon, a bit wild who lives her life as a free cat, and happy to be fed with love.

The Space

The open plan living/kitchen is a pleasant 40 m2 room that overlooks the garden, making it easy to have lunch outside, with a wood stove and a WC. On the ground floor, there is also a laundry area with washing and drying machines and an office. Upstairs, we have 3 bedrooms with a double bed each of 140 and a storage space. There is a bathroom with shower upstairs, and a separate toilet.

Guest Access

There is a staircase to go upstairs.

Notes

The Bassin d'Arcachon is a fantastic place to discover where you can swim, taste oysters, climb the highest Pila dune in Europe, ride a bike, go to the ocean and swim in the waves. Golf is an asset for enthusiasts!

Neighbourhood

The house is surrounded by other houses that overlook the golf course, we are close to hole n°17 without directly overlooking the course, which isolates us from the view of the players.

Getting to my home

Coming by car.

Nearest airport

Bordeaux airport and train station 50 minutes from the house, Hume train station 10 minutes by car, or served by bus n°4.

Getting Around

We are 5 minutes by car from a large Leclerc shopping center and the health center of Arcachon, also accessible by bike. We are 10 minutes by car from the oyster port, the train station and the small beach of La Hume, and the delicious oysters of "Marie"!
