General Overview

Our one bedroom, one bathroom with kitchenette is the perfect place for your vacation in paradise. Wake up in the morning to enjoy the cool tradewinds and sip on a nice cup of coffee before you head out to explore Oahu. It is fully stocked for your enjoyment including beach gear and games (beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, snorkeling gear, cooler and a beach umbrella). The kitchenette includes a full refrigerator, microwave, hot plate, coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle. You have everything you need to prepare a delicious meal before heading out to explore Oahu. The bedroom has a queen bed and dresser. There is one portable A/C unit in the bedroom for those rare nights that we don't have our breezy tradewinds. A smart TV is located in the living room. We cut the chord years ago so we don’t have cable, but you have access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, and YouTube.

Hawaii Kai is one of the best neighborhoods on Oahu. We live on a quiet, residential street. Beaches, parks, hiking, restaurants, shopping and dining are just a few miles away. Experience what it is like to live on Oahu while staying at The Paradise Perch. 5 miles to Hanauma Bay (one of the best places to go snorkeling) 5 miles to Sandy's beach (great for body surfing if you're experienced) 5 miles to Makapu'u lighthouse hike 5 miles to Sea Life Park 6 miles to Maunalua Bay 4 miles to Koko Head Hike (killer workout) 4 miles to Costco 4 miles to Safeway (grocery store) 4 miles to Kona Brewing Company 4 miles to Island Brew Coffeehouse 12.2 miles to Waikiki 18.8 miles to airport
