General Overview
We love our home as it is light, modern and airy, with windows and doors on all sides of the living areas. Each room has air conditioning/heating.
Our outdoor area is intimate and lovely, with lawns and gardens around the paved, roofed patio. The home is in a quiet, safe location, whilst being extremely central to everything.
It is wonderful to be able to walk 2 minutes to the local supermarket, shops, restaurants and cafes. The river is 5 mins to walk to and you can ride our bikes around the river to Perth city, 5kms away. Public transport is practically 'at our door' which gives you a 20-minute ride to Perth City and you can then travel to many points beyond.
