General overview

I have a 3 bedroom home, with an entertainment area, lounge, dining room, swimming pool and a hot tub with an established garden in a residential area. We are 5 minutes drive to the closest Mall, Dr's offices, Hospitals, great restaurants, Movies and Banks. 20 min drive to our beautiful Wine route, with award winning wines, which usually have great outdoor spaces for kiddies. The closest beach is about 45 min drive by car to either Melkbos, Blouwberg, Sea Point, Muizenberg all the way round the coast to Cape Point, circuling the mountains, coming back around the opposite side of the mountain, which is a fabulous day trip with plenty to see.
