Neighbourhood

Our home is centrally located in Thame, a market town located between the Cotswolds and the Chilterns, a 35 minute train ride from London and 30 minutes from Oxford. The town itself has a large supermarket, lots of shops, cafes, restaurants and, most importantly, excellent pubs! Blenheim Palace, Waddesdon Manor, Waterperry Gardens, Stowe and Cliveden are all within about 30 mins’ drive plus we can give you plenty of tips on other activities in the area. The bus stop is at the end of the street and the bus will take you into Oxford, Aylesbury or to the train station. Town is a 5 minute walk away or 1 minute drive!

Nearest airport

Heathrow is our closest airport (45 mins) but Luton, Stansted, Gatwick and Birmingham are all 1-1.5hrs away.

Getting Around

Shops are all walkable in 5-10 mins. You are welcome to use our car.
