This single story home is almost completely remodeled and has a large, open floor plan and giant kitchen. We live in a safe, clean, and quiet neighborhood in the northwest corner of the city, equidistance to many gorgeous, desert state parks and the famous Las Vegas Strip in downtown.
The space
We have three bedrooms available. One with a private bath and the other two with a shared bath.
we also have an open office space, with a futon. Just off the kitchen is a half bath, outside the laundry room
Guest access
Although the house is all on one floor the front door has a 4" rise to enter.
We do not have a WI-FI in the house and use our phones as a hotspot for connection.
We do have a BBQ grill in the backyard. The Propane is shutoff except wen using.
Notes
The housing HOA rules do not allow for parking on the street. We can accommodate three cars, one in the garage and two in the driveway. This is a reasonably safe area, however due diligence is suggested. A locked car is a good deterrent..

Hi! We are a retired couple who enjoy traveling in the USA and abroad. We have a primary home in Idaho (USA) and a secondary home in Las Vegas, Nevada. We often travel with our son and daughter-in-law, and occasionally their children who are already members of PLU. Alan loves to photograph our journeys, and LeeAnne loves seeing what's around the next cobblestone corner and trying new foods and experiences.
People Like Us is the world's most trusted home exchange community. We believe in sharing, trust, generosity, respect, communication, equality, cooperation, honesty, hospitality, friendship, flexibility and adventure. We take pride in our homes and we care about the environment in which we live: our village, city, country and our planet. We care about the ethos of home exchange and we do it because we love the experience and the friendships that it generates.
