General Overview
We live in a quiet community within 5 miles of beautiful beaches on the Atlantic Coast. (Bethany Beach)
While this is a Resort Town, our neighborhood is secluded from the everyday hustle and bustle.
We have a very active community full of wonderful neighbors.
The Space
We have a 5 bedroom home.
1 Master Suite with full bathroom & king size bed on first floor.
1- Queen Bedroom on first floor with connecting bathroom.
1-Loft Area (Small Living room area)
1- King Bedroom on 2nd floor
1- Queen Bedroom on 2nd floor
1-Bonus Room with bunk beds (1-twin, 1 full size)
I Full bathroom upstairs.
Large open kitchen and living area.

Our home has access from the front door & garage. 2 bedrooms on the first floor with one set up for handicap accessability
Notes
We have a Community pool, kayak and paddleboard launch, fitness center and clubhouse. We also have over 17 miles of walking paths throughout the neighborhood.
Shuttle is offered in the summer from the clubhouse to the beach.

Best airports to fly into are: both are approximately 2-1/2 to 3 hours drive. No train service.

Getting Around
It is bet to get around by car. There is a shuttle bus from our community to the beach in the summer.

My husband Craig and I love to travel! We are both retired from the Fire Department, our children are grown and it's time for us to explore the world. We love meeting new people and spending time with the locals where ever we go.
We have 6 adult children and 11 grandchildren. We are busy grandparents. We also have 2 cats, Raven & Ralph. They are very friendly as cats go and love attention.
We have just built a new home and have been there August 9 2022.
We are a coastal town with many parks and wildlife parks, not to mention 10 minutes from the beach. The beach is called Bethany Beach. Our home is 5 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. We live in a wonderful neighborhood.
