Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath home in world famous Napa Valley.  We have 3 bedrooms but prefer to limit the number of guests to 4.   Located on a quiet and safe street two blocks to Fuller Park and a few more blocks to the heart of Downtown Napa.  Downtown Napa is a popular place to visit for dining, shopping and wine tasting.   There are hundreds of vineyards and wineries to visit throughout Napa County, and we are just a short drive to all of them and also to Sonoma County.  You can be in San Francisco or at the beach in just over an hour!

The home was originally built in 1925 and was completely renovated inside and out in 2015.   The home has restored hardwood floors throughout.  The kitchen has all new high end appliances, including washing machine and dryer.  The primary has a king bed and en suite bathroom.  The second bedroom has a full bed and the third bedroom has a queen bed.  The living room has a large TV and a gas fireplace.  There are 4 bar stools at the kitchen island and also a dining room table that can comfortably seat 6.  The back patio is large with plenty of seating, a table for outdoor eating, and a barbeque.  There is room for multiple cars to park in the driveway and plenty of street parking as well.  We have an alarm system and we can create a personal code for your stay.

*** For allergy sufferers, please know that a cat lives in our home! Now that our kitty is getting older, sometimes we board her where she can get some good attention ... but we really would prefer for her to stay at home with a visiting cat lover!

*** It is important to us that we know who is staying at our home before we book an exchange, so please let us know the names and ages of all of your guests!

***If we are not doing a simultaneous exchange, we will ask you to pay the fee of our cleaner.  $185 

We prefer exchanges at least 3 nights in length.
