General overview
Gorgeous sea view and in the city-centre!
We have exchanged 6 times and have great reviews (another plateform).
The space
115 square meters on wooden floors will welcome you:
One bedroom (double bed 140*200), one smaller bedroom (single or double bed up to 140*200, for you to choose), one big-size bedroom (our son's, 2 single beds, possibility of a baby-cot). Several matresses (90cm) if you wish to have a campsite in the living-room.
The living-room (45m2) is of very good size.
Fully fitted kitchen, large bathroom with shower, second shower in a smaller shower-room; washing-machine (no dryer).
Terrasse with table and chairs.
Big bathroom (incl. colapsible bath-tub for the small ones) + small bathroom (shower).
Child-friendly (up to 2 babies) : Playground with sea view 50 meters from home. Roof-terrace with the most gorgeous views (the terrasse is on the 6th floor and common for the buildings. You can access it by using the elevator).
In the flat and among other things you will find: 2 Tripp-Trapp, a collapsible bathtub,1 travel cot, 1 bike trailer (for 2 kids) and much much more...
We have 2 adult bikes and a trailer for up to 2 kids. On one of the bikes, we can adapt a child-seat.
Our son has a scooter, a balance bike and 2 bikes (different sizes) and a skate-board.
We have a scooter for adult-use (with real wheels and handbreaks)
Guest access
Stair-free access. I think our home is suitable for disabled, but please contact me for more details.
Notes
Our 3-bedroom apartment is bright and located in the city center of Bergen, overlooking the fjord. You can walk anywhere from here (12 minutes to the Blue Stone). Since the building is fairly new (built in 2001), it is easily accessible, even for those with reduced mobility.
There is a well-known restaurant just 30 meters away, popular among locals. After a swim in the fjord, you can be under the shower in less than 1 minute.
You won't be bothered by car noises as there is no traffic in the area; no roads pass by. On sunny days, the area is lively, and the pier is used as a beach by the locals.
When exchanging with us, we would appreciate a commitment to recycling, as we do.
Please note that we are not interested in secondary homes that are on the rental market. We want to feel at home in your home during the exchange.

Everything is at walking distance since we are in the city-centre...
