Fully fenced backyard.

Neighbourhood

Beautiful, safe, gated neighborhood surrounded by golf courses and wilderness and close to everything. Bike lanes and sidewalks throughout the city. Very safe, low crime area. Abundant wildlife everywhere…you will see deer, wild turkeys, alligators, eagles, almost daily.

International airports at Daytona Beach, Orlando and Jacksonville.

Daytona Beach International Airport is 25 min taxi ride away.. Orlando and Jacksonville airports are 75 mins away.

Getting Around

Lots to do within walking and biking distance. Restaurants, groceries, doctors etc. State Park beach is only a few minutes from our home and you also have access to literally several hundred miles of beaches down A1A coastal highway. I95 is 1 minute from our gate entrance. A1A is 8 mins through a beautiful, noncommercial park road.
