General overview
The three bedroom two bath condo is located just north of Puerto Vallarta about 45 minutes. It is located on Banderas Bay a scenic spot with wonderful beaches to sun and swim.
The space
We have two king size beds and a bunk bed for kids or whomever. There are two bathrooms and the elevator opens directly to the condo unit on the 5th floor. The views looking out over the ocean and the town Bucerias are spectacular with great sunset views.
Guest access
You will either be provided a digital entry card or you will have your fingerprints digitally recorded so you can access the condo, pool, gym and sauna on the rooftop. An elevator is available to get to the rooftop and also directly to the condo on the fifth floor. There are also stairs in case of emergency. There are no steps to get to the condo.

Neighbourhood
Bucerias is a very lovely local community with excellent restaurants and shops. Kitesurfing is popular particularly in May, June and July. We are close to Sayulita and Punta Mita just a few miles up the Nayarit coast.
Getting to my home
You arrive into the International airport in Puerto Vallarta It is about a 30 minutes ride by taxi, Uber or local bus service.

The international airport is about 30 minutes south of Bucerias.
Getting around
You can walk out of the condominium Tayau to get to local shops and restaurants in 5 minutes. The beach is right in front and there is a door by which you walk directly out to the beach.

I am a retired professor from the University of Arizona. My wife Veronica was a special education teacher in Mexico. We have two boys age 11 and 13. We recently relocated to live in Mexico in 2019 from Arizona. In 2009 we founded a non-profit community center called Resplandor International (www.resplandorinternational.org) in a rural area out side of Guanajuato City in central Mexico. Resplandor provides art, music, dance, computer literacy, swimming lessons, sports and equine therapy to children with disabilities. We also recently started an Earthkeepers program which is a magical three day camp designed to help kids fall in love with nature and become stewards of their environment. We are members of the Baha´í community.
