General Overview

What we love most about our studio is its cozy atmosphere, perfect location and easy access to the airport, restaurants and numerous outdoor activities. It’s just minutes from the beach, so you can wake up and enjoy an early run or bike ride to the closest beach or just enjoy a lazy afternoon on the sand. We recently bought this place and were able to experience it for the first time in the summer. It’s really a true gem, our little retreat, where we relaxed, enjoyed good French and Italian food, and soaked in the Mediterranean charm. What makes the place special is its authenticity and the warm welcome provided by our residence manager. Guests can enjoy a cozy, well-equipped space just steps from numerous activities, with thoughtful touches that make it feel like a true home away from home. Sharing it with others through PLU allows us to connect with fellow travelers and help them experience Corsica as locals do.

The Space

Studio Spacious studio with large bathroom and small kitchen. Backyard Quiet and isolated backyard ideal for naps and dinners outside the studio. Pool The residence’s pool is open year-round. It is heated from May to September.

Just a quick note: there is a €100 concierge fee for cleaning and linen, which helps ensure the studio is perfectly prepared for your stay. This fee is paid by the guest. Everything else about the stay is included, and we aim to make your visit as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Getting Around

Studio & Beaches The studio is 16 minutes on foot / 5 minutes by bike from the closest beach, Cala Rossa. The second nearest beach is about 30 minutes on foot / 10 minutes by bike. Bikes are available for rent within the residence. Activities & Family Sailing clubs, boat excursions, an equestrian center and les pépinières de Saint-Cyprien activity area (Nautical park, animal park, playground) are all within minutes of the residence. Nearby Attractions: The Cavu Natural Pools, ~20-30 min drive away, offer crystal-clear waters, small waterfalls, and a beautiful natural setting — perfect for swimming, picnics, and family outings. An adventure park is located nearby for extra fun in the trees for all family. Convenience The closest grocery stores are 300 m and 550 m away, easily reachable on foot, by bike or car.
