We have a fully renovated home that is so close to everything. We are 10 mins from lga airport 30 mins from jfk 20 mins from Manhattan. Walking distance to all the lovely restaurants ditmars Astoria has to offer. In the summer time we have an above ground pool. Lovely vegetation such as fresh peppers, tomatoes, blueberries and stawberries in the summertime. All that NYC has to offer is only a 10 min walk to the subway station that will take you anywhere in NYC!

The Space

We have the main living room and one bedroom and one full bath in the main floor. On the sub level we have another queen sized bed along with a full bath. 

The back yard has a pool and filled with children’s toys to play with!

Neighbourhood

Lots of cafes and restaurants only a few mins walking. Astoria was a predominantly Greek area and still is. So lots of Mediterranean foods but will also find other  amazing foods as Queens is the biggest melting pot in the world and Astoria in my opinion is the best area for all the different cultures in Queens!

Getting to my home

Best way to get here is cab from the airport but once here everything is walkable or mass transit (trains/buses).

Nearest airport

LaGuardia is the closest airport only 10 minutes by cab JFK is approximately 40 minutes

Getting Around

Very walkable also have the option of buses and trains.

Hello All. We have a home in NYC that is our primary home. It’s has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We can possibly unlock another room if needed.  I try to keep my calendar updated but don’t hesitate to reach out if you have specific dates in mind. When we travel it will likely be 2 adults and 2 kids. But for longer trips we may have 1-2 adults to help with our kids.
