General Overview

This is a room that we have available year round. Or is great for 2 people looking to explore NYC. We are close to all the major attractions. Times Square 20 minutes on the train. We are in the lovely of Astoria ditmars. Well known for the Mediterranean seafood restaurants and a beautiful walk or quick bus ride to Astoria park that has a beautiful view of some bridges and Manhattan. It is a quiet residential block on only steps from some of the famed restaurants such as Taverna Kyclades most well known for its Greek seafood.

The Space

You will have access to the backroom and full bathroom. There is also a small refrigerator, microwave and Keurig coffee maker. If you wish to use our kitchen in the main house. Please let us know and we will make sure it is fully stocked for you but if you prefer to have a private space. The room will be all yours!

Notes

We have 2 small kids although you may not see them you may hear them. Best for early birds who like to get out and explore all NYC has to offer. We are also close to the Roosevelt island tram access. Short bus ride to tram that takes you over to Manhattan.

Neighbourhood

Lots of bars and restaurants. Beautiful Astoria park with lovely views. You can also hop on the ferry to Manhattan short bus ride to get there.

By air we are approximately 40 minutes from jfk airport and only 10 minutes from LGA.

Hello All. We have a home in NYC that is our primary home. It’s has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. We can possibly unlock another room if needed. We also have a vacation home in Boynton Beach Florida. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. I try to keep my calendar updated but don’t hesitate to reach out if you have specific dates in mind. When we travel it will likely be 2 adults and 2 kids. But for longer trips we may have 1-2 adults to help with our kids.
