Our 2 level home has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, separate games/rumpus room away from the house. With 4 balconies, large brick barbecue, air conditioners in all bedrooms and living area, pellet stove for underfloor heating and upstairs radiators. New and modern kitchen with lots of appliances. 8min drive to the beach (25 min walk). Nicely situated away from traffic but close to town, and main road South to Albania. Good internet and other usual modern amenities. Fantastic family home, normally booked solid on Airbnb during the summer. Availability varies, so just ask.
