General overview

Our home is a cozy four bedroom, two bathroom home that is located in central Florida and conveniently located to Disney World, LEGOLAND, Bok Tower Gardens, Bonnet Springs Park, and so much more. We have children so the entire house is kid-friendly. We have a large, fenced-in yard with plenty of play things for anyone who just wants a relaxing day at home. We are not in an HOA community so there is plenty of freedom to come and go as one pleases. We do have a cat who is mostly outdoors. She doesn't bother my allergies. We also have backyard chickens (in their own fenced in portion of the yard). We're down to earth, comfortable, and perfect for anyone with children.

The space

We have a wonderful home that's perfect for families with children! The main living area has a living room with a sectional and 50" TV. We have. Roku so anyone can access their preferred choice of streaming services. We also have a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and washer and dryer. We have a playroom with a wall-sized pantry with plenty of space for food. Our master bedroom has a king size bed, private bathroom, and pack'n'play for little ones. We have a boys' bedroom with a bunk bed and game shelf in the closet. The girls' room has a desk, small library, and twin-size bed that pulls out to double the size. The office has a desk workspace, wall-sized library, and a couch that also pulls out to a full size bed. There is also a full bathroom in the hall as well. We have a large, fenced-in yard - over half an acre - complete with large shade trees. Available outside: -Grill -Picnic table -Multiple play sets with slides -Climbing dome -Dirt play area -Basketball goal -Zipline -Multiple types of swings -Backyard chickens if anyone wants fresh eggs -We don't use fragrance in our home so it's perfect for those with fragrance sensitivities. We do have essential oils and diffusers on hand if any guest wishes to use them. -Our home also comes with two different air purifier All in all, we love our home and are centrally located to all central Florida attractions from theme parks to more outdoorsy options.

Neighbourhood

We don't live in an actual neighborhood but our street is fairly quiet and peaceful. We're right by our community center. We're within a ten minutes drive of the interstate, shopping centers, and grocery stores.

Getting to my home

If you are coming from Interstate 4, we are exit 55. Take Hwy 27 south from that exit and go down a few miles. Turn left at the light right past the hospital. Two miles down and our home is on the left hand side.

MCO - Orlando International Airport - we're about 45 mi it's away

Getting around

Uber and Lyft are available around us. All shopping is within 10 to 15 minutes away.
