We are ideally located - 5 minutes by car from Lake Villeneuve - 10 minutes drive from the beaches - 20 minutes by car from the Spanish border - 30 minutes from the most beautiful coves Collioure, Racou, Banyuls sur Mer... - 1h30 from the ski resorts of the Pyrenees - 2 hours from Barcelona

The space

Pretty house in Perpignan in the south of France, ideally located near the sea about 15/20 minutes by car. You will be quiet and the only ones to enjoy the villa, the swimming pool and the garden. On the ground floor an entrance with storage, a toilet and laundry room with washing machine and dryer, a kitchen open to a living room dining room for 6 to 8 people. On the 1st floor 3 additional bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet. You have an excellent fiber Internet connection. You can enjoy a tastefully furnished exterior, perfect for outdoor meals with its barbecue and moments of relaxation with the family. •Private swimming pool: Dimensions: 7.10 m x 3.5 m. Depth of 1.40 m and submerged beach with 50 cm of water. Salt treatment (no harm to the skin). The private swimming pool will allow you to cool off in complete privacy. It has a barrier as well as an electric roller shutter to make you feel completely safe with children. Location provided for parking cars indoors and outdoors. Importantly, we have a dog that we will look after during the exchanges and 2 discreet cats that we would like to leave in their environment as much as possible.

We are a family of 3, a couple living in the South of France. We have an adorable 6 year old boy. We love traveling and discovering new cultures. I work in real estate rental and my husband in a bank. We look forward to sharing our experiences and our beautiful region. We enjoy a splendid region, if you like to enjoy beaches, cuisine and good wine, you are welcome! We also share our daily life with our 2 cats, a chicken and a goldfish!! We have a pleasant house with swimming pool with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Ideal for a family. We have been traveling around the world for several years via Airbnb or booking, we have visited part of Europe, Mexico, New York, Bali, Costa Rica, Martinique, Reunion, Guadeloupe, Madeira, Corfu.. We look forward to interacting with people who love traveling like us. We hope to discover new cultures and caring people. We are embarking on a new family adventure to take our son and open ourselves to all opportunities and allow travelers to enjoy our little "home". See you soon.
