There is a lockbox at the front entrance to the apartment block which holds a key to the apartment and a fob for access to the floor and the garage.

Neighbourhood
Easy walk to the centre of the city which is directly across the river.
Ten minute walk to the Queensland Museum, the Gallery of Modern Art, and the Queensland Performing Arts Centre (ballet, musicals, concerts)
It is a 1-1.5 hour drive to the Gold Coast or the Sunshine Coast - both of which have great surf beaches. About 2 hours south of Brisbane is the Gondwana Rainforests of Australia World Heritage Area with lush rainforests, ancient trees, spectacular views, and extensive walking tracks.
Getting to my home
From the airport you can take a train or bus to South Bank. The train station is a 2 minute walk away and the bus station is 3 minutes.

Getting around
Train and bus stations are less than 5 minutes away and the stations are well connected to multiple parts of the city.
