Rugby is a market town in Shakespeare’s Warwickshire, surrounded by stunning villages and countryside. It is the ‘home of rugby football’.
We are a short walk from Rugby railway station and we are only 50 mins by train to London. Rugby is accessible to the major motorway network to the north, south, east and west of the UK.
Our apartment is 5 minutes walk from the town centre and located opposite the famous Rugby public school, famous for Tom Brown's School Days, an 1857 novel by Thomas Hughes and made famous by the Stephen Fry movie.
Numerous tourist attractions are only 20 minutes by car including the historic towns of Kenilworth and Warwick (for the castles), Stratford upon Avon (for Shakespeare's birthplace), Coventry (for the Cathedrals) and Althorp (the home of the Spencer family). Birmingham is a 30 minute journey and can cater for your retail therapy. We are also only an hour's drive from the Cotswolds.
We are close to rail, road and air links. Birmingham International Airport is 25 minutes away by car or train. There is a bus service outside the apartment to Leamington Spa and Coventry.
