General overview
We have a tranquil, relaxed and very pretty 6 acre property just minutes from beautiful beaches, wineries and hiking trails.
Located in the South West of Western Australia we are 3 hours drive from Perth city.
Our region is famous for its beaches and world class wineries and restaurants. Whale watching in the right seasons is also a highlight.
There are many activities for all ages including golf, fishing, surfing, hiking, mountain biking, horse riding and caves to explore.
The space
Our home is designed with 2 separate sleeping wings each comprising of a Master king bed room one 2 king single bed rooms.
There is a separate large central living and dining room that boasts large kitchen benches and food prepping area.
The view to the south of the home from the living and master bedrooms are onto a vast green lawned area sweeping down to the two large dams at the perimeter of the property. So water aspects is also a feature of this property.
The northern aspect has a large outdoor dining and entertaining area also with lawned spaces for playing Bocce and Finska, our family favourites.
Neighbours are near but not visible from anywhere on our property, giving it a feeling of seclusion and privacy.
We have Kangaroos, ducks, blue wrens, and owls that visit us daily.

Neighbourhood
Our closest town Centre is Dunsborough which is located 10 minutes by car.
Dunsborough is a lively, thriving town with supermarkets, bakeries, many cafes and clothing and lifestyle stores as well as all community amenities such as beauticians, doctors, gyms, yoga studios, bars and restaurants and takeaway food.

From Perth, it is a 3 hour drive south on well serviced double lane highway.
