Getting around
Restaurants, coffee shops, bakery, fish n chips, ice cream are within 15-20 min walk from the house, either by sidewalk or along the beach. On a bike, there’s a great beach front bike trail that will get you there in just a few minutes. The grocery store & gym are a 30 min walk. A car would be handy to see more sights, but if you’re happy to just hang out at the beach, the local bus stops just around the corner. It will take you around Bargara and into Bundaberg. The Tilt Train (4.5 hrs) is a very nice, comfortable train running twice daily between Bundaberg and Brisbane.

People Like Us is the world's most trusted home exchange community. We believe in sharing, trust, generosity, respect, communication, equality, cooperation, honesty, hospitality, friendship, flexibility and adventure. We take pride in our homes and we care about the environment in which we live: our village, city, country and our planet. We care about the ethos of home exchange and we do it because we love the experience and the friendships that it generates.
