General overview

Home is located just outside the small ski town of Nelson BC Canada. Whitewater ski hill is a 30 minutes drive and Red mountain about 1 hour. There is ton of mountain biking trails around ... be aware that they are not easy ones! The food scene in this town is amazing (most restaurants per capita for a small town) as well as the vibe of the community. There is something for everyone: Art, shows, hot springs, hikes, mountains, sports, Kootenay lake 2 minutes aways and amazing beaches and view in refreshing water, etc

The space

The house is located about 15 minutes out of town, in a quiet neighborhood on the main road way. The is three floors, with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a basic gym area, full dining room, a huge backyard with a trampoline and a 2 minutes walk to the lake

Well behaved dog welcome. Fire stove in the winter time, kayak available.

Nearby mountain bike trails and hiking trails at the Kokanne Provincial Park. Two minutes from the lake, quite intimate set up.

Getting to my home

Nearest airport is Castlegar or Trail however the bigger ones would be Cranbrook and Kelwona

Castlegar 45 minutes Trail 1 hour, kelowna 4 1/2 hours and Cranbrook 3 hours
